OUR CHALLENGE
Decathlon needed to accelerate the adoption of its My Home Gym range and prove that home fitness could be both desirable and compatible with real lives, Not just performance-driven setups for hardcore athletes. The challenge was to turn a broad product ecosystem into a clear, concrete and sellable solution, capable of driving massive consideration and conversion..



Our Mission
We designed the My Home Gym strategy by starting from a simple insight:
to sell home fitness equipment, people need to see how it fits into real lives, real homes and real routines.
In collaboration with Decathlon, we built a full-scale activation combining strategy, architecture and influence.
Selected influencers saw their homes transformed into fully functional gyms, designed with an architect and equipped exclusively with Decathlon products, adapted to their space, lifestyle and daily habits.
The project was structured as a before / during / after journey, allowing audiences to follow the transformation step by step, understand the product ecosystem, and project themselves into their own home gym.
Organic and paid media were orchestrated together to amplify reach, consideration and conversion across Decathlon’s My Home Gym ecosystem and key sub-brands.
The Results
The strategy delivered strong business performance:
- ROAS: 78.75 (all-time high)
- €549K in purchase conversion value
- 4,000 products sold
- €137 average basket
