Reviving the storm 96 Through Fashion & Influence
Our Challenge
For the relaunch of the Lacoste Storm 96, the Maison wanted to reintroduce an emblematic sneaker from 1996 to a new generation. The challenge was twofold: honor the heritage of an iconic model while making it relevant for today’s fashion and streetwear culture.

Our Mission
Ekho Agency was entrusted with Creative Direction and Global Production to build a campaign that resonated authentically with style-driven communities.
We activated fashion-forward and street-style talents who embody Lacoste’s dual identity: heritage and modernity. Together, we co-created content where talents shared what the Storm 96 means to them and how they style it in their everyday life.
The result was a powerful blend of personal storytelling and brand heritage, elevating the sneaker beyond a product relaunch into a cultural statement.
The Results
- Global awareness around the Storm 96 relaunch
- Co-created content highlighting authentic styling and narratives
- Engagement rate of 15.42% on impressions, well above industry benchmarks
This campaign successfully reconnected Lacoste with sneaker enthusiasts while opening the door to a new generation of consumers passionate about fashion, street culture, and authenticity.
